<br><br>Nom anglais : Death's Head Hawk-moth <br>Le Sphinx tête de mort est un grand migrateur qui nous arrive régulièrement d'Afrique. La traversée de la méditerranée ne pose pas de problème particulier à cet excellent voilier. <br>L'envergure allaire du Sphinx tête de mort est en moyenne de 13 cm et fait de ce sphinx le plus grand, le plus gros et le plus lourd des Sphingidae d’Europe. <br>A noter que ce papillon est le seul au monde à être capable d'émettre un cri provenant du pharynx, ressemblant au couinement d'une souris. <br><br> Sphinx tête de mort Acherontia atropos Death's Head Hawk-moth papillon Afrique sphinx migrateur grand
